RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Once you make purchase, products cannot be returned after payment completion. Payment refunds are applicable only in below following cases:

• → Damaged products delivered.
• → If wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style) are received by the customer.You are advised to immediately WhatsApp or Email us the picture of the product.

We at Scissors Fashion Trading LLC SP use premium quality cottons to set our standard, however colour bleeding might happen for some apparels due to varying washing and drying conditions. To ensure the best condition of usage, we recommend to dry clean the apparels.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to meet customer expectation but if not satisfied with purchase, you can exchange your ordered product within 3 days from the day of receiving order. For UAE based customer, they can visit our store in person to exchange the order and if cannot visit our store then please contact our customer service executive at info@Scissors Fashion Trading LLC SPdxb.ae or call us at +971 547429077 so we can organize a pick-up of the item. Shipping and associated cost for exchange of an item is to be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Items ordered as COD will be permitted cancellation within first hour from the order placement.

Return, Refund & Exchange policy further includes below

• → Exchange is only permitted if the item is sent back in its original condition, not worn, not washed and has the original price tag on it.
• → No exchange or return is accepted after 3 days from the day customer has received the order.
• → Altered or customized orders are not exchanged or refunded.
• → Jewellery & Accessories has no return, exchange or refund permitted.
• → All online transactions i.e. Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Transfer/Money Transfer or Store Credit will be refunded via the same mode of payment.
• → We will only accept returned goods if they are in the same condition as sent to you by us. Our Customer service executive will determine the condition of the returned product.
